Two cushioned cups on a spring headband, or fitted with clips that mount in a hard hat's accessory slots. The noise-reduction rating on the label is what you are buying; look for the higher number and replaceable foam cushions. Hard-hat-mount muffs swing up out of the way between cuts.
Buying tip
Easier to keep on your hard hat than foam plugs are to keep in your ears. Look for 24dB+ noise reduction.
